The office of Kane/Miller Book Publishers is located in Southern California, although our books are shipped from and warehoused in Brooklyn, New York. Appropriate sales tax will be added to your shipment if you reside, or are sending books to either state.
All orders received after 2:30 pm (PST) will be processed on the following business day. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (PST). We are closed on all major holidays. Generally, you can expect your order to ship between 2-3 days after the order has been processed.
We do our best to get your order shipped out in a timely manner. Because mistakes do happen, we will gladly send replacement copies for damaged books, or provide you with a credit that you can use towards a future purchase at our on-line store. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Accounts Manager for assistance.

$6 for the first item, $1 for each additional item (UPS Ground). Orders over $50 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
