Bernard Cohen Bio

In 1997, 1998 and 1999, Bernard Cohen was named as one of the Sydney Morning Herald's Best Young Australian Novelists. Paul Needs Specs is Bernard's first children's picture book, and is based on the author's personal experience of needing glasses as a child.
